Characterized by soulful falsetto, timeless instrumentation and melancholy love stories, the first two tracks of Augustine directly peaked to #1 on the Hype Machine charts and brought about comparisons to both Bon Iver and James Blake. In his romantic indie-meets-electronica sound, Augustine takes influence from artists like Foster The People, Jamie xx and Lana Del Rey.

“Picking Up Speed” was released at March 27. About the new song at social media: “It’s about building a little universe together with someone! Living in a bubble!! And about fearing that bubble could pop at any moment.”
