Home/Blog/Out now: The Vagabond

posted on September 2, 2019

Psychedelic rockband Magic Moon gave us a powerful preview of their energetic shows at showcase festival Popronde 2019 with their newest single “The Vagabond”.

Magic Moon is a band from The Hague, Netherlands, that combines psych- and bluesrock from the 60s and 70s with characteristics found in current rock music. The band’s repertoire contains lots of energy and surprising twists, alternating between soft harmonies and powerful riffs.

A Magic Moon show is like a scavenger hunt in a vintage shop: It’s surprising, occasionally referring to old times and full of unexpected gems. Their psychedelic rock is thrown at you by a combination of pounding drums, multiple singers, fuzzy guitars and a whoppin’ organ. Even when you think you know their music, this four headed live beast knows how to surprise you at every show.

More music here and at Popronde live (tour dates here)!!!
