Recently added to our Indie/Pop/Rock radio stream: Stilljill. This female-powered modern rock trio from LA blends indie pop with psych rock. To create their soft and yet intriguing melodies, the band uses a distinct combo of vast, reverby open tunings, huge, often syncopated drums, and newly added vocal harmonies and swelling synth. Stilljill is the brainchild of Alex Stills (vox + guitar), Jill Parker (drums), and the recent addition of Anina Denove (vox + keys).
